Auto X-ray MAP voltage 1989

1989 TPI motor, all stock.
Why does my Auto X-ray show a MAP voltage ??
2.43 volts, and it doesn't move,

Why even show something that doesn't exist ????

What does a voltmeter indicate when probing the "C" terminal on the MAF connector - To ground, of course?
