1987 IROC NO POWER TO CRANK/INDICATOR FUSE

I have a 1987 iroc with a 305 tpi it sat for some years trying to get it going.. long story short it’s cranking and getting some spark but the injectors aren’t pulsing no 12v power at the connectors either.. I checked all fuses with a test light and not getting any power to the crank fuse or the indicator fuse, anybody have any idea on what would cause this?

Crank fuse only has power when the key is in the crank position as I recall. And if it cranks then it's probably aok

Look at the ECM. check its connections for corrosion. they are not weatherproof. (The ECMs in general like to misbehave with age/heat) Is the check engine light coming on when the key is set to Run (NOT CRANK) does it blink when you jumper pins A and B of the ALDL connector? if the answer is no to either of these questions then congratulations. you probably have a bad ECM (It might also not be getting power from some other issue with the car, but usually those symptoms point to a bad ECM on an OBD1 car.)
