'89 formula TPI harness and ECM in an '86 Z28

Hi, new here. I have an 86 Z28 with a 350 that was carb swapped, orignally 305 TPI. I'd like to go back to TPI. I have an 89 formula 350 parts car, can I use the system from that car in mine? I know it's a VATs system. How complicated would the swap be if it will even work?

Re: revert back to TPI

None of the original engine harness remains, so it would be from the 89.

Re: revert back to TPI

Vats can be deleted from the tune easily.
the ccp battery leads are on the opposite side of the car. Might research c207 and c100 difference or get a 86-87 camaro harness.
