what is this bolt for on the intake?

Hey guys Im not sure how to explain it, but on my TPI system on the pas side upper plenuom there is a bolt that bolts the runners to the plenum, its not the standard torx boltlike the rest its a 10 mm(wrench) bolt with a spear(sorta) coming out of it and is about an inch or so long. Im just wondering if its supposed to be used to mount something? otherwise it is used as a standard bolt.
thanks
Jack

Yes it is for mounting you throttle cables. On my car it is on the driverside. The cruise cable and throttle cable mount there, it keeps them from laying on the plenum. I dont know why yours is on the passenger side unless someone has had the plenum of and did not put it back on the proper side. On the cables there is a clip that secures the cables and then slide over the spear.

I believe it originally held the throttle cables, but obviously it isn't now. You can replace it with a regular bolt if you feel like it.

There's plastic clip that holds the cables (similar to plug wire seperators..) that slips onto that spear.

I figured it didnt matter much it has always been on the wrong side to hold the cables since I got it, I was just curious as to what it was supposed to be and figured it had to hold something.
thanks guys
