350 TPI build advice/tips/thoughts

Hi all,

I'm looking at making my 1990 TPI 350 the best it can be with bolt on parts of sorts. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a set AFR 195 Enforcer heads (1001), but they're a few bucks and thought you all might have a few things to add/say.
I'm not really a track/strip guy but enjoy the street-able fun of the TPI and thought it could use a little something to make the HP a little more respectable. I've been on here for years reading and I understand the stock heads are the downfall after you upgrade the TPI, which I have done. Here's my current combo:

Stock 1990 350 internals,
AS&M runners,
Accel high flow lower base,
Holly 52mm throttle body,
Port matched plenum,
Hooker shorty headers,
1985 BW T5 - (babied for anti explosion purposes),
1989 9 Bolt 3:45 gears,

Before anyone mentions it, I have upgraded most of my suspension with UMI/Spohn/Koni parts, and brakes through bigbrakeupgrade.com

Waiting in the wings to be installed:
ZZ9 cam - Oldie but still a goodie?
EBL P4 - No tuners in my area, time to learn,
TKO 500 - oldie but will take more torque then my current BW T5,
ARP head bolts,

I really could use some advice on: Rockers and rocker ratio, thoughts on stock bottom end, ZZ9 cam - anything better (keeping it street-able), injector size, and anything and everything else I've forgotten.

I'd like to stay TPI, LS stuff is awesome and great - I should probably go that way, but I like the stock look. It my first car, I bought her back in 2000 and every year or two I like to upgrade/modernize some aspect of it. This winter it's the engines turn.

Thanks for all your time, comments, advice, experience, and help.
- Charlie
