Delphi used to be pretty good but they had an issue where the readings were high as verified by a forum member in which the manufacturer admitted the issue and was working on it so I'd pass on that. Rockauto has a decent selection of reman Bosch ones, just try to get the hotwire set up like OEM. I have had luck finding used Bosch ones on this site for sale, Hawks has them sometimes which are tested, or eBay as well. I will try to find the part numbers for the MAF sensors on my phone, makes searching eBay easier and is useful to cross reference.

There have also been a few recent threads on this as well.

thanks sir. i appreciate it. trying to diagnose a stalling issue when cold. car starts, runs for a second or two, then stalls. starts right back up. i unplugged the MAF, and it stays running when first started when cold, but kinda rough. no check engine light. someone said the ICM could be bad. car runs great otherwise. i dont want to throw parts at it.

When my MAF went it only had issues when heat soaked after running and restart, took a good bit of diagnosing to figure it out. I would try cleaning it with MAF cleaner too, that may help.

1320 electronics has a nice Bluetooth enabled scan tool that works with android phones and an app but last I knew he was out of stock. It was inexpensive and works really good IMO. A scan tool and factory service manual are big with working on these cars.

Also just to throw this out there I had the near exact issue you describe…it only happened on a cold engine/first start of the day and it was inconsistent like would happen once or twice in a 2 week time frame. It drove me crazy for nearly 3 years and finally by chance I had the scan tool connected before start up and it happened. When I reviewed the data I found fuel pressure voltage dropped when it happened. I inspected the wiring near the fuel pump relay and saw the connector was in bad shape and after replacing it with one from hawks it was good to go. Might not be your issue but something to check into.
