engine rebuilt transmission rebuilt holly tunnel ram intake bbk 53 mm throttel body bbk dual equal length headers and american muscle flowmaster cat back exhaust smog deleted iac new im adjusting it in the morning any help

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

I bought a smoke machine where would I start any help is greatly appreciated I put it on the vacuum line on break booster

and sorry ment oil pan lol

Sounds like you have an injector that is stuck open..

I agree, high idle and excessive fuel can be cause by tp sensor out of adjustment or possibly high fuel pressure. Although most of the fuel during combustion (blow by) will be sucked through the pc valve removing most of it from the pan. That leads me to believe there may be an injector stuck open. Although this would usually lead to hard starting. This symptom was not stated. I would test the fuel pressure in the morning. If there is no drop then you can cross it off the list.
I also agree with the vacuum leak. Check pcv valve.
