1992 TPI fuel line position inlet / return

Hello everyone I am having trouble with my 92 Trans Am it does not build pressure I thought it was the pump inside the tank but I tried with a separate pump running from another external tank and nothing..

The fuel pressure regular is also new I replaced because I thought that was the problem.

Need help to identify the inlet / return line from the phone attached

Thanks

Thank you Tuned Performance.
it won't build fuel pressure even with a external tank with a aeromotive pump that I know it is working. car cranks but does not start, replaced the fuel pressure regulator under the plenum and still nothing... what else could be the problem... I thought it could be one of the injectors checked the oil there is no gas, I removed all the spark plugs none were yet either

Fuel filter was changed a few months ago, and the external tank I used bypassed all my fuel system I connected to the upper 3/8 line (#1 one the photo)

The external tank pump is running and has 60psi if I use a vice grip on the feed line. tomorrow I am going to block the return line to see if that helps
