The mods to the car are as follows.
Flowmaster cat back
No cat
k&n
air foil
Msd coil and wires
Lt4 cam with stamped 1.6 rockers
And a custom nitrous kit with 100 shot pills.
Nitto drags.

My time was a 8.34 @84 if you listen closely you can hear the trans slip into 2nd and 3rd.My bottle had about 4 lbs in it on that run.I know the car can run a 8.0 ill have to try again this sunday.

 

Nice video but I can see this one getting locked as soon as a moderator sees it you might try posting on the theoritical/streetracing forum.

I have never had the car dynoed,i would guess it would make around 320hp and 360tq.I say that cause i have ran alot of ls1 cars in my area and stay close to the ones with the same #'s.Also the mph i ran.I have run and beat 25 4th gen's in the past month 19 of them being ls1's.I get alot of funny looks after racing them.

And have not run it at a 1/4 track yet.

I have nitto drag radials 245-50-16.I paid $122 for them about a month ago.The cheapest place to get them is Discounttiredirrect.com.

I also have a vid of me racing a Wrx wagon from the area that was suposed to be very fast and not been beat but once,I showed him the taillights..Ill be posting the vid in the next couple of days.

Well most of my modifation are in my sig.

But seeing your car performe like it does , make me wounder how fast mine is. Yours is quick!

The only real compition i had was a 2000 camaro SS. I was coming back on the highway 1 night, just cruising at 130km was i passed him. He the came next 2 me and reved We both gunned it all the way, for a couple miles. Thank *** it was 3-4 am.
I loved midnight runs like that. When he had to get off at his exit we slowwed down. and he flashed his light and we gave each other the thumbs up.
