Car wont start with new injectors?

Hi All,
I have a 91 Camaro 355 TPI, rebuilt totally with Comp Cam for TPI, flat top pistons, Sportsman II Cylinder heads. I ran out of cash and had to use the 19lb injectors to get the Camaro going. A friend burned a chip for me, disabled vats, no a.i.r, lowered the cooling fan to compliment a lower thermostat and set it for the 19lb injectors. Scanner was giving me a block learning of 86 and a rich flag. The injectors were the only thing not replaced in the rebuild and they were the originals. I purchased a set of 30lb Accel injectors and installed them this weekend. When I went to start the car up it would not start. Do I need to have a new chip burned, what needs to be changed and why the big difference? Please excuse me being nieve, this is all new to me and I have to learn from someone! Hope one of you guys can point me in the right direction. Thanks Chris

Have you tried giving it a bit of throttle input while it is cranking? It will be getting more fuel than it should if the PROM is set to have a 19lb injector and it actually is firing a 30lb injector so it might be flooding out a bit..... A new PROM will be needed in the long run but you really ought to be able to get it to start and at least run (not very well, but it should run, IMHO).
