Will corvette aluminum heads casting #10088113 work on my 91 L98? will any modifications be needed?

Yes, they'll work on your L98.

You'll have to do 2 modifications, though.

1) remove the pushrod guideplates, because your motor has self-aligning rockers on it

2) You'll have to elongate the center intake bolt holes on your intake base because the aluminum 'vette heads use the "old" style bolt angles (all the same) rather than the newer (center ones canted less).

Look at my thread under exaust and you need to also have a ext EGR hook-up.
