Anyone care to tell me about aluminum and/or cast iron heads... i dont know anything about them, but i hear alot about AFR, and vortec, and a couple others.... Can someone please explain to me how to tell which are better, or which are the best... and if i were to get these new heads, what other mandatory mods are needed??

Try doing a search for Trick Flow, Vortec, AFR, Iron heads, and aluminum heads. That should give you a really good start.

 

heh, yea i figured no onw would want to write all that out... thx though
