Lt1 intake & Throttle Body ?
Lt1 intake & Throttle Body ?
Ok, my lt1 intake came with the TB, so I was looking at it and saw that while wiring connections on it are different they use the same number of wires (3 to the tps, 4 to the iac) So I was wondering if I could swap the connectors over and use the LT1 throttle body. And if so of course what wires go where.
The only reason to do this is that the the connectors are angled differently and smaller so the clearance issues with the serpentine belt system would be a lot less. If anyone has any idea it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, all you have to do is swap connectors. I don't have the pinout though. Would need to look it up for a LT1 car. You will also need the LT1 throttle cable.

Think I decided to use the l98 throttle body, the lt1 throttle mechanism doesn't have a hookup for the tv cable. On the other hand the IAC housing is a direct swap, so I just swapped it over and now have the small IAC and just have to clearance for the TPS.
