Magazine article- TPI tuning
FYI-
Pontiac High Performance April issue has a great tech article on service tips for tpi. They give a step by step on all of these:
Fuel Pressure Check
Vacuum Test
Set Timing
Cleaning TB and IAC
Check injectors for air leaks
Base Throttle Angle Adjustment
Throttle Valve Cable Adjustment
I just thought this would be great information for anyone with TPI(especially beginners)
