86 Sc, anything is possible. You would probably be pushing the limits with it, but it's not to say it can't happen.
You should go into more detail though, 305/350/400, nitrous/forced induction. All these need to be known.

Very easy.
Heads, Roller Cam, Electric Waterpump, MiniRam or LT1 intake, roller rockers, 400 crank, 11.0:1 pistons, headers with full exhaust, high pressure/volume fuel pump, AFPR, Good ignition, aluminium driveshaft, lightweight flywheel, 58mm throttle body.

With the right parts from the list above, you should be able to get over 400rwhp.

having a 400 crank technically puts your answer out of range of the question, since he was asking about 350s. same with the intake change since he asked for TPI. (double ). JMWY

It was admittedly a very open-ended question. Should be a little more specific, for example: 350+rwhp on a naturally aspirated 355 TPI motor on pump gas.

Is what you want to go fast of just say you have a certin HP number. I ask this because TPI cars make TQ and not alot of HP by design. I have seen a car with 280HP run mid 12's (he had 413ft/lbs). If you are building a 355 use good forged parts and get some good heads (AFR) a good cam and you will kick butt who cares what your HP is.

Everything I listed was for a 350 block.
Isn't the mini-ram considered a TPI setup?

I still don't think it's very hard. Hell, if the vortec heads and such can put what was it 400? to the crank..

I'd say, some heads/cam and 100-150 shot and it'll make it. With stock intake.
