I got my Tax returns back and want to upgrade to an TPI setup. I was looking on Ebay for one. Is that a good place to pick up one? Also what year and type should I shoot for(Mass Air vs. Speed Density)? Also will a 86 setup work on most aftermarket heads like World and Edelbrock?

Yes, an 86 or 85 setup will work on the earlier and aftermarket heads. If you really want one I've got two I'm gonna be selling, though not right away. One 85 unit and one 89. The 85 unit is from a vette and has everything that attaches to the manifold, just no computer or wiriing harness. The 89 is slightly less complete. I have the maf for neither (both being used on my vehicles). I was gonna use them to do some flow testing on different porting set ups, from port matching to siamesing. Ebay tends to be a bit overpriced on these. I'd consider piecing one together with the aftermarket pieces (though that's pricey) or doing the conversion with one of millican's converted LT1 intakes.
