I am rebuilding the motor now with 10.3 to 1 comp, Trick flow 23 degree heads, ported intake runners and manifold with 52MM TB. The specs are

A little off subject, but are those Trick Flow heads the G2 version? I have G2's and Trick Flow says not to run more than .500" lift or I will whack a piston with the valves.

It is a 350 bored 30 over with GM roller rockers. How do I figure out what the lift will be with them, they are 1.6. No there are not the G2s

You can buy the tools to check the lift from summit racing and places like that. Or you just use a micrometer and roll the engine so that it starts on the base circle of the came and roll it until it is at max lift. This way is a little crude, but it gives a ballpark figure. The best way to do it is with a dial indicator.
Trick Flow has info on this at their website about the lift stuff too. You are lucky......no G2s. The G2s flow real good, but limit the cam selection. Early ones wiped out the valves guides real quick due to Trick Flow's "better" valve angles. I learned the hard way.....$700 in a set to rebuild them. Trick Flow's parts aren't cheap.
Sorry I can't really help you with the cam selection......I don't know much about them.

The cam you selected is a healthy cam. I just hope you can make use of this high end HP. The car will have a lope to it if thats what you are wondering. If you burn the chip correctly, you may even pass emissions if you have it in your state.
