What is this sensor? This is in the passenger side head. The wire broke, so I soldered it, but it's broke again. If I remember, I didn't notice anything when it was disconnected. There is another one on the driver side head which I believe is the temp gauge, right?

Hey I got a question about the switch and its wire. Does the wire for this switch come from the same group of wires that is also housing the starter wires? and is this wire a black wire as well?..... Not sure if there will be much difference between years.
Thanks

Heh... They lost my account so I am not really a newbie. Here is a tip that I used on my Iroc to make it run really cold. The wire that is supposed to connect to that sensor, splice on another section of wire if needed and then attach it to a Grounding point. This will make the 2nd fan run when the key is turned forward. In turn, it will make the engine run much cooler. I usually saw 180* daytime and 160* at night.
Hehe. I was gonna point that out (about the solder melting), but someone beat me to it. And I believe permenantly grounding that switch will eventually burn out the relay. At least that's what happened to me. :/
