I have a 92 Z28 with a 350 TPI and I dont have much knowledge about the "power chip" or whatever its called and i was wondering how much horsepower or how would i know how much i can upgrade my car without changing it? like i said, i dont know alot about it, but if you can help me out. Thanks

 

Pretty much every agrees with any prom burning experience, knows that the ONLY prom manufacter that even attemps to make an optimized chip for your car is ED WRIGHT at www.fastchip.com
They even checked out a $500 TPIS prom and compared it to a hypercrap chip...... THATS REDICULOUS..... Ive got a few Chevy magazines and theres 2 different articles about people with TPI set ups, and it says they were actually faster after trying a few aftermarket companies like hypertech when they put the stock chip back in.............. about the only thing good about them is they turn the fans on earlier to keep the car cooler......
PS I am ordering an ED WRIGHT chip today which will be near $400.00 so Ill tell ya how that goes!

 

ALSO, will every post how much time they lost (1/4 et) with their chip..... and also which chip and what type of engine you have????:hail:

 

I gained .2 tenths with an ADS superchip on my 85 TA.

 

Is that a custom chip you are getting made?

Also, are you currently running the stock chip with the mods in your sig?
