Need some real quick axle answers

I just discovered that my drivers side axle is very slightly bent. You can only see it when the rotor is mounted to it, by eye looking at the flange it's perfect.

Would it be ok to replace just the one? I would love to save the cash, but if it's like tires or brakes then i will sping for the pair.
I will be ordering these in the morning so I need to know ASAP.

Maybe I will just beat it with a hammer until its straight

*edit* This is for 28 spline axles... not quite as easy to find as the 26 spline

Thanks guys

I just found an axle for my 98 10-bolt from a junk yard for $75. The rear i bought to put in my car had a bent passenger side axle. Can't wait to install it.

I ordered the axle this morning. The kid/guy at drivetrain direct was a complete zombie. He didn't give a crap and didn't know squat. I was VERY close to hanging up on him. $175 later I will have it at my house shortly. There will be hell to pay if it's the wrong part.

WHAT? A new SET of mosers were only 215.00 + shipping, from gearsareus.com. They were bare, but lug bolts don't cost too much.
