Will this driveshaft work?

I can buy a chromoly driveshaft for $100. The guy says the trunion is bent, but I will reuse my stock one and the shaft is straight.

The shaft is coming out of a 2000 Z28 with a T56 and Ford 9inch rear. He measured it and the length is 40.5" .

My setup is a '89 Formula with 700R4 and 9bolt rear.

Will this shaft work before I lay down the cash?

Thanks!

I dont know if it will work being as he had a 9 inch or not. I know that the stock ones from those cars will fit, but that shaft could have been totaly custom made.
