Please help diagnose this clutch/tranny problem.

I have a 305tbi t-5. It started to make a grinding or rubbing noise when the clutch was disengaged, car in gear, and at around 2000rpm. If I let the rpms fall, it will stop. If I take a little pressure off the clutch pedal it stops. the car drives fine when in gear. When I have the tranny in gear, with the clutch pedal to the floor, the back wheel still spins if I give it gas. Its not fast, but it spins. Ive replaced throwout bearing, slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, and clutch ball stud. I bought a lakewood fork, but it isnt long enough from the pivot point to the forks for the throwout bearing. Any suggestions please send them this way. I noticed play in the input shaft on the tranny. At least an 1/8", I think its more. Can the tranny be going? The clutch has about 30,900 miles on it. Im really having problems with this. Thanks guys.
