tranny noise and vibrations in my T-5

i have a 90 305 tbi witha 5 speed. When i am idling with the clutch engaged i get these reely annoying vibrations the entire car shakes and ratles noit reely bad its just a little bit of vibration but the whole car vibrates this is at 1000 rpm idle when it drops down to 500 it calms down but its still vibrating. What is the cause of that? What can I do to fix that? Could it be the mounts? Secondly i have some noise comign from the tranny when im driving. . . When i start off the car makes the noise like when u are in reverse and speeding up that buzzing sound, it also makes it in 2nd so im not doubting that it doesnt do it all the other gears. I also have juss found a little leak where my clutch housing bolts to my gearbox there is one screw entirely missing i plan to rel\place it this weekend and one is half way out. . . could this be the reason why all this is happening? My tranny fluid is lkike a olive gray color? does it need new fluid? thanks for any help or assistance

turns out all the bolts were loose that held the bell housing to the gearbox. Got them tightened and the tranny oil replaced no more problems. . . .
