driveshaft retaining bolt torque?

my haynes book says 15ft-lbs, which is really not that much, i just put in on an Aluminum DS a few days ago and i just tightened them as hard as i could with a wrench.

This is according to the '92 Helm manual. Propeller shaft, that is actually what they call it! I always chuckle when I see that.
