i have a 85 iroc-z with a 27 spline tranny, i just took the original one out and put a new one in it, its all installed with the stock torque converter, but whenever i put it in gear it jerks forward just a little and kills the engine, in reverse it doesn't jerk but still kills the engine. The tranny i got is also a 27 spline, it's supposedly a built tranny, but i'm not exactly sure what it has in it. Or what would cause it to do that, if the tranny is suppose to have a non-luckup torque convertor and i put the stock lockup on it, would it cause it to do this , any info would be greatly appreciated, Thanks---
