Please! Someone help me with my new car please!

OK, I just bought a 92 Z28 305 auto, and when I was taking it home I noticed that it didn't feel right. When I tapped the gas a couple of times, it would rev but not pick up speed, and when I was on the highway doing about 100kmh (60mph) it felt like it just went into neutral, or didn't pick up unless I had it at around 4500 to 5000 rpm. What could do this? and how do I fix it?

Someone please help me! Please

Thats one hell of a salesman to cover up that sort of problem on the test drive.

Check the fluid.

I think you needs:

1.- Put the fluid at FULL mark and test the car.
2.- Review the TV cable adjust and test.
3.- To change the internal filter.
4.- To change the in-line (external) filter, if equipped, and test.
5.- Review for vacuum leaks and test.
