How many grooves are cut around your clutch splines on the clutch gear? What is your output shaft size? Do you have a torque arm mount? Does it really matter what you came out of, i.e. are you going to go find it and get back in?

Car: 1968 Camaro
Engine: 406
Transmission: Tremec TKO
Axle/Gears: 3.42
26 spline, 3 vertical lines input
I have a turbo 400 output shaft
I do not belive I have a torque arm mount (I came from a junk yard, so I might have had a bracket, but it was lost.)
I am just curious where I came from.

You are a very wide ratio, 2.95 1st gear I believe. I'm not sure what you came out of but it isn't a Z28 or Trans Am or Corvette, because all of those would have had a 2-groove 2.65 1st gear. You probably came from a truck.

I am also a lost part looking for my identity. All I know about myself is I am round, flat and have some sort of friction material on me. I feel a connection between us, although I believe there may be a third member involved. There is just something intriguing about someone with a 2.95 first gear.
