Alright, if i accelerating at WOT from 1st. when will the T.Q. be locked? will it be locked or unlock during 2-3 shift? also, if it is the opposite of what its supposed to be ( i.e. unlocked when its suppsoed to be locked) will i notice a large difference in acceleration??

(sorry for double posting this)

Are you talking about the torque converter? If so, it will not be locked at all if you are at WOT. It works only during light throttle acceleration and during cruise. It never locks in 1st. It should lock in 2nd at around 25mph, in 3rd at light throttle and cruise, and at all times in 4th.
