help me I.D. this tranny

can someone help me figure out what kind of tranny this is:

this tranny has a plaque riveted to the tail shaft that says C-7 along with some serial numbers.

if it is a th200 is it any good for anything. I'm pretty shure that the output shaft is snapped, I thought I would tear it apart just to get an idea of what the insides of an auto look like. unless its gonna be a bad idea economicly.

Yup, no question of it... out of a 82 F car... still has the torque arm bracket on it

Nope,no good for anything have fun with your lab rabbit. If this came out of your car save the driveshaft and crossmember you'll need these when you upgrade to a turbo 350.

Nah, I was doing some rehab work on a garage and the guy gave it to me, I have a 700R4 in my car that was just recently rebuilt. I just wasn't shure what it was.

save it!!! it is a very useful boat anchor, or you could get a buck or two as scrap alluminum

They are not as bad as you think. I used to have one in my Boats tow car. It is the basis for the 200-4R.
