This winter, I am going through a newly acquired 83 Z28, front to back, fixing, replacing, upgrading, cleaning, etc everything. It currently has the stock tranny but with no computer which means no lockup. Whats the easiest way to hook up the lockup? Manual switch? Kit?

Another question--While I have the pan off, I am going to replace the filter as well as add a B&M shift kit. Anyone have comments about the kit? Installation problems?

do a search and i beleive you'll find a lot of people have trouble with the b&m kit
