Clinking Noise

I just replaced my Transmission mount with a poly one form Energy Suspension, now it still makes a thud when i put it in gear, or I step on the brakes,ans sometimes I feel like it is ratteling around....what could be the problem???? Please Help....AARON

I'd check the U-Joints.
