t-56 problem

I have the spohn adjustable torque arm and it needs to be adjusted. I lost the instruction sheet, which I remember telling me to use a total angle of -1*. Can anybody tell me how to measure it?
I can feel the rear end jerking back and forth so I am pretty sure I need to do some adjusting. Thank you in advance.

Anybody?? I can feel something jerking around when I'm in a lower gear and am driving at a constant speed. I payed more attention and it almost seems to be coming from up front. Any ideas?
