Paging Pro Built/transfixleo

http://www.tciauto.com/instructions/221100_inst.htm

read through this and tell me if you think step 13 could be my problem(trans locking up when i shift to 2nd gear) i work at a dealer and one of our chevy techs is a th400 guru. he says with just a spring and check ball in there that there could be enough fluid pressure to make that circuit leak causing it to not release 1st gear when it goes into second. he recomended removing that spring and check ball and tapping the hole for a pipe plug. would this cure my problem? reverse, 1st and 3rd gear work flawlessly. only second gear has a problem.

thanks fellas

Geez man, give it sometime, most people are still at work or in class at this time. I'm having problems with my transmission myself so I can't help you.

Me neither but my $.02 is if you are waiting for someone to volunteer to help you, you ought to be patient and not EXPECT an answer. Especially immediately. Both those buys have a life to run and are nice enough to chip in because they want to, when they want to. They've both helped me in the past and I'm extremely grateful.

Try Mark at 909-695-0788, he knows TH400 trans brakes very well. This is an Aamco, so ask for him directly (talk to no one else).
