700R4 Wiring Case Connector
700R4 Wiring Case Connector
Once the wiring inside the automatic transmission leaves the case, where does it go / connect to and what is its purpose?
I am refering the the wiring that connects to the pressure switch and solenoid.
Additionally is it possible to order new wiring as all the clips on mine have managed to become damaged and only loosely connect to the transmissions components.

From: working at a horse farm, gonna go to somerset county tech. inst. in january.
Car: 87 GMC sierra classic
Engine: fresh 350, minor mods (its been de-emissioned too)
Transmission: professionally re-built 700R4, REALLY hard shifts & bigger clutch packs
Id say it goes to the lockup torque converter. As for the wiring, maybe try calling painless wiring.
