Gov Loc posi units?

I don't have any experience with Gov Loc posi units. Are they any good? How durable are they? Thanks for the help!

Axle/Gears: 9", 4.33:1

Very delicate unit, IMO. I have seen quite a few of those blow completely into pieces before....
