Get me some links, pics, anything at all would be terrific.

Definitely a good investment, stock shifter is like a spoon in a bowl of pudding compared to the precision and smooth shifting action of any aftermarket shifter, just make sure u get one with adjustable stops to prevent overtravel of the shift forks, I have a Hurst Billet Plus currently in my car and it is great, before i bought this one i had a hurst competition plus and it was awesome too. the Billet plus seems to be just a beefier unit that is made from all Billet aluminum. The only reason i put in the Billet plus was because i got it real cheap otherwise i would have kept the Competition plus on there. there are a variety of manufacturers that make shifters for these cars.and all of them are way better than the factory peice.

Pro 5.0
B&M
Hurst
you can find almost any of these through the sponsors at the top of the page, or through www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com

I have the Billet plus too. What's the difference between that and the comp. plus?

You might consider the B&M Ripper as well--but frankly any after market piece will be an incredible improvement over stock.

the difference is that the Billet plus is made from all billet aluminum, while the competition plus is made from cast aluminum. also the billet plus has a much larger diameter steel gear selector (the lower part that the upper stick bolts too) and the adjustable stops are much larger. basically it is just a more high quality peice. dont get me wrong , both shifters are great peices but the billet plus is definitely superior.
