i have a 91 firebird w/ a t5 standard tranny for a while its difficult to shift into reverse from first and vice versa. a few days ago it started making a growling noise when i drove in fifth gear. in every other gear it drove fine . Now it started growling in fourth gear. Does anyone know what is making this growl? Is it my clutch? or something inside my tranny? ide really like to know before having to have my whole tranny rebuilt?
