I would normalyl just search for this, But That's obviously not an option.

So yes, I am actually posting a question.

I have a B7M megashifter That was Given to me, and I installed in my car. It worked fine for a while.

Now I can only get it to go 1-R or 2-P

Seems like it might have slipped into 3 spd mode. How do I tell ?

I don't have the instructions.

 

I'm 90% sure you can get the instructions from B&M's website? Try seeing if the linkage loosened up under the car, and make sure that nothing in the console is blocking the shifter from moving. 3-speed mode uses a bolt in the shifter comb that keeps the shifter from going backwards, so unless someone broke into your car and put a bolt in there, it couldn't go into 3-speed mode on it's own.

I agree with the above and I would only add to check the "finger" that goes into the ratchet gear grooves. This can be adjusted.It may have come loose and is jamming up the gear selection.
