Rear-end gears after T-5 swap

Hey everybody, I'm about to swap out the T-5 in my car... and i was wondering on it's effect on final drive ratio. According to http://www.thirdgenresource.com/tran...s_information/
the final gear ratio is pretty close between a 92 700R4 and a WC t-5 , .74 vs .70. Would a swap to 3:73's from 3:23's be worth it? If i do stay with 3:23's can i swap my VSS gears from the 700R4 to the T-5? Thanks for your help.

VSS and speedo gears are two different things.

I don't think the gears can swap between auto/T-5 trannies because of size differences. I could be wrong though.
