Ok I'll start out with saying that i have a 1984 Z28 Camaro. I have lost 3rd gear and I'm guessing that I will need to get my tranny rebuilt or replaced. My question is what all kinds of trannys will fit on my car and whats the best for street and drag and so on. Ive done a little searching and i'm pretty positive that I have a 700R4???? Someone please correct me on this if i'm wrong. Thanks you for the help.
