I am going to be swapping my 2.8L for a moderately built 350. I will also be swapping the T-5. My question is, should I go with a R.O.D 6 speed or switch to a built th-350? Keep in mind it will be behind a 375-425 HP motor and I will also be going to a 12 bolt with 3.73's. Thanks.

 

What do you like more, shifting gears or bracket racing?

 

I would rather have a street machine, but it will be getting quite a bit of track time. I'm leaning towards the 6 speed, I'm just not sure if it will hold up with all the abuse it's going to get. Plus it will be a PITA to find a clutch that is streetable, yet will hold up at the track on slicks.
