Hey i just recently aquired a B&M Quicksilver shifter from a second generation camaro with a TH350 transmission. I think i have it working , it will ratchet around and all and go into park. I was wondering

#1 how it worked ,
#2 if its a good shifter,
#3 if the reverse lights will go on when i shift into reverse and most importantly
#4 will it work with my transmission? 2.8L w/ the 700-r4 i know that the megashifter can go from 3speed to 4speed mode.

noone knows? ... it ratchets seven times when in its ratchet mode but im not putting it in if it dont work w/ my tranny... anyone hear of this shifter?

 

anyway i went to go test try it and it doesnt fit anyway .. ill keep looking at other shifters
