Ok, I've looked everywhere and haven't found the answer yet. I did the 4th gen rearend swap. Everything weny fine, but whenever I hit a big bump, or what not, my tires are rubbing the lip of the wheel well. I need to know what I should do before I order my suspension stuff...i.e. shocks, springs, etc. Also if you could post pics, and what not so I can see how everyone elses looks. Because this is only happening on the passengers side. Any help will be greatly helpful and thank you all ahead of time for any ideas.

Read the other post you asked this question in.

Maybe hitting that bump just settled your suspension? I know they do this with new cars when they are just off the assembly line, and it drops the car down about an inch or more.
P235/R60 16 is the tire size. This has been happening a lot lately, I just didn't know if anyone else was having this problem. Plus I wanted to see any pics that you all had. thanks

These are 4th gen rims on the car, 275/40/17 all around.

Notice that the guy who posted pics, has wheels with the correct offset. Even though he appears to be having slight gravity issues with the front of his car!!! I believe he has a miss in his engine compartment.
Anyway, that's the easiest solution to your situation. Just put a set of 4th gen wheels on it, with a pair of spacers under the fronts.

That 60 series tire has a tall sidewall, a lower profile tires may help.
Yea about the low pro tires, as soon as I get my suspension put on I'm getting low pro tires, like the rims I've got now, but know that I want 18's . Thanks again, and keep any ideas coming!

Mike91RS, Where did you get your new rearend? I have a friend with a 4th gen that want to put 3.42 gears in his car. He is considering putting in a new rearend that already has 3.42 gears. He currently has 2.72 gears. This is on a 98 TA.
Got my rear from Speed Automotive down in Tennessee. They carry nothing but 4th gen parts. You can really find just about anything. They've got a website. www.speedautomotive.com That should take you to they're yahoo store.
How much did you pay?
