How tight does the Flywheel and Torque converter have to be

Iam replacing the motor in my 83 camaro and took the tranny out with it. So now when i bolt the tranny up to the new motor how tight does the flywheel and torque converter have to be. Right now i tighten the bolts has tight as i could get them. Is that good enough so they wont come lose or should i redo them to make them tighter.
THANKS

I always put 1 drop of blue loctite on the flywheel/tc bolts and then tighten them very tight. "Tight as I can" is a relative term.

So do you think it would be a good idea to take the tranny back off the engine and tighten them more.
