ok my transmission is makin a loud bang when i slam on the gas

i have heard that this is caused by the trans mount being ****ed up but in not sure i know this is a big problem amounst us f body drivers

im swaping in a th350 in like 2 weeks so im wondering if this problem is goin to follow me to the new trans

oh ya tranny mounts have been shot in my camaro my budys camaro..etc..not too hard to change yourself..another thing that my bodys transmission was doin when the mount was dying was the stick inside the car would rise up when he gased it
