Newer T5's call for Dextron ll, Can I use synthetic Dextron lll?

The label on the new T5 I got says " Use Dextron ll only". Can I use Dextron lll ?, I can't find dextron ll anywhere.

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 4.10 Posi
Dexron III is designed to be a successor to Dexron II, if you look closely on a bottle of dex III, it should say "replaces dex II" or something to that effect. Hope that helps.
