Ring And Pinion Q??
OK i have an open wheel 85 Z28 with a 5spd... well im looking to buy a new ring n pinion with a posi carrier but i dont know if it will fitt and im nott sure where and how to look to see if it will so im posting this to see if you guys can help... this is what im thinkin about getting ~~> 3.23 ring and pinion gears mounted on a 3-series carrier with posi. it was removed from the 10 bolt 7 5/8 rear with 28 spline axles..... So can anyone tell me if this will fit??? or if i could make it fit somehow???

Yes it will fit in your housing. Your axles however will not fit in it because they have 26 splines. You need the axles from a 90-92 Camaro or Firebird; no other vehicle's axles will work.
