Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.73 Strange S60
non-lock up convertor

anyone here using a non-lock up convertor, i just ordered one for my car wondering what their, driving experience is like.

You should run a cooler with a non-locking TC for sure. There is a lot more friction and heat produced!

where would be a good spot to mount it?

Mount the trans cooler on the front of the radiator. That seem the best place to mount them. Make sure you get a good one. If the cooler is to smal it can cause the convertor an trans to burn up. Try to find the biggest one you can.
