Firstly thanks to eveyone who answered my last cry for help.Gearbox would'nt shift out of 1st,was told exactly how to check the govener gear,sure enough the gear was totally stripped,just put a new one on and now it changes gear again!Brilliant!!

Now I want to sort out the other problem which the car has had since I bought it,when it changes from first to second it slips slightly and the revs go up before it takes and settles down.Is there something I can adjust with the gearbox in the car and if so how do I do it?

 

(1) Make sure the fluid is in good shape.
(2) Make sure that the TV cable is adjusted correctly.
(3) You can install the Corvette servo to help solve this.
