Transmission: 700R4

92 Posi-Trac????

Will the posi-trac out of a 92 camaro fit in a 86 trans am, are the splines the same?

Engine: LS1

Transmission: 4l60e

Axle/Gears: 3.23

the 86 rear will have the 26 spline axles...a 92 posi will have the 28 spline. So unless you change axles it wont work. I feel your pain Im looking for a zexel posi but i have the 26 spline rear...
